    • You should use tanning cream while sunbathing.
    • The tanning cream applying to the body should be 50 protection factor, it can be chosen low protection factor for face.
    • If the women who prefer the solarium get this process done without using any protection, the damage of solarium can be so much more.
    • If you want to reduce a little bit the harmful effects of the sun, you must continually drink water in the sun and protected by hat.
