DIET LIST FOR LOSING 6 KILOGRAMS IN 1 MONTH

1 Month 6 weight loss diet
Breakfast: 2 slices of wheat bread, 1 boiled egg, 8 branch of parsley with stems, 1 matchbox non-fat feta cheese, one desert spoon of bittersweet marmalade.
Elevenses (14: 00-14: 30): 1 cup plain yogurt with 3 walnuts, half tablespoon of sweet cinnamon, 2 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 green apple (shelled)
Snack (17:00): 1 glass of milk, with add of a small amount of ginger and cinnamon is for drinking. (Milk should be low-fat)
Dinner(19:00): 1 medium-sized fish, 1 cup green beans, salad made of greens.
Supper: 3 pieces of dried apricot
Evening meals: Cracked wheat pilaf, chickpea meal, whole-wheat pasta, roasted spinach, until. Those
meals should be extremely non-fat and meals should be eaten maximum 4-5 spoon. More portion makes you put on weight.
On snacks; non-fat buttermilk, non-fat yoghurt, cucumber, kiwi, a matchbox non-fat cheese could be consumed on snacks by choosing one.
Breakfasts; if you want to eat toast, it should be non-fat, you could keep yourself full by eating bananas. 2 slices of bread is appropriate. Whole-wheat bread helps losing weight more quickly.
