Housewife Diet
Housewife have a weight problem because of malnutrition and sedentary lifestyle. If you have a such kind of problem, you can easily get rid of it with given diet program.
You can lose 1600 calories with this program. You can practice this 7 day program, after break a few days. Do not forget to drink daily 2 liter water and make time for yourself to work out.
Housewife Diet 1. day
Breakfast: 2 slice toasted bread, a glass of skim milk.
Mid Morning Snacks: 1 banana.
Lunch: 2 tablespoon pasta, mixed fruits salad, parsley all you want, 1 slice feta cheese, 1 tomato, 300g brisket.
Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 slice melon
Dinner: rocket salad without oil, 2 slice whole-wheat bread, 3 tablespoon rice, 30g tunny fish.
Late-Night Snacks: a small bowl of fat free yogurt.
Housewife Diet 2. day
Breakfast: 1 teaspoon honey, 30g milk with oatmeal, a glass of skim milk.
Mid Morning Snacks: a bowl of fruit yogurt.
Lunch: 1 tomato, 1 boiled egg, 2 slice whole-wheat bread, 300g green runner beans.
Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 peach.
Dinner: 8 tablespoon vegetable dish, 6 tablespoon vegetable and dill pasta.
Late-Night Snacks: 1 scoop ice cream.
