Housewife Diet 

Housewife have a weight problem because of malnutrition and sedentary lifestyle. If you have a such kind of problem, you can easily get rid of it with given diet program.

You can lose 1600 calories with this program. You can practice this 7 day program, after break a few days. Do not forget to drink daily 2 liter water and make time for yourself to work out.

 

Housewife Diet  1. day 

Breakfast: 2 slice toasted bread, a glass of skim milk.

Mid Morning Snacks: 1 banana.

Lunch: 2 tablespoon pasta, mixed fruits salad, parsley all you want, 1 slice feta cheese, 1 tomato, 300g brisket.

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 slice melon

Dinner: rocket salad without oil, 2 slice whole-wheat bread, 3 tablespoon rice, 30g tunny fish.

Late-Night Snacks: a small bowl of fat free yogurt.

Housewife Diet 2. day 

Breakfast: 1 teaspoon honey, 30g milk with oatmeal, a glass of skim milk.

Mid Morning Snacks: a bowl of fruit yogurt.

Lunch: 1 tomato, 1 boiled egg, 2 slice whole-wheat bread, 300g green runner beans.

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 peach.

Dinner: 8 tablespoon vegetable dish, 6 tablespoon vegetable and dill pasta.

Late-Night Snacks: 1 scoop ice cream.

Breakfast: 1 teaspoon honey, 2 slice toasted bread, a glass of skim milk.

Mid Morning Snacks: 3 apricot.

Lunch: half portion grilled meat, 3 medium size boiled potato,

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 apple.

Dinner: 2 slice whole-wheat bread, 6 tablespoon vegetable dish

Late Night Snacks: bite size chocolate

Breakfast: 1 glass of tea or coffee, 1 glass of cucumber and carrot juice

Mid Morning Snacks: 1 slice fruit pie.

Lunch: 1 slice whole-wheat bread, lemon rocket salad

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 banana

Dinner: 2 slice rye bread, 2 boiled potato, 150g grilled fish.

Late-Night Snacks: 1 bowl of fruit yogurt.

Breakfast: 1 teaspoon jam, 1 glass of mixed fruit juice, 2 slice toasted bread.

Mid Morning Snacks: 1 bowl of fat fee fruit yogurt.

Lunch: 1 bowl salad, 6 tablespoon pasta, 40g boiled meat.

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 peach.

Dinner: 1 slice whole-wheat bread, lemon rocket salad, 8 tablespoon olive oil vegetable dish.

Breakfast: 3 bran biscuit, 1 glass of skim milk.

Mid Morning Snacks: 1 glass of plum and apple juice.

Lunch:1 slice toasted bread, 6 tablespoon vegetable dish, pasta ( including tomato, chicken pieces and zucchini ).

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 3 apricot.

Dinner: 2 medium size boiled potato, half portion grilled fish.

Late-Night Snacks: 1 bowl fruit yogurt.

Breakfast: 1 glass of plum and apple juice, 8 tablespoon condensed yogurt.

Mid Morning Snacks: 1 banana

Lunch: half portion grilled meat, lemon rocket and tomato salad.

Mid Afternoon Snacks: 1 scoop tutti-frutti

Dinner: 2 slice pizza

Late-Night Snacks: 2 fig
